Legal notice (English summary)
This is the notice required under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Seller: Core Corporation, located at Nichigin Bussan Bldg. 1F–4F, 3-21-1 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. The property covered by this notice is COREHOTEL, 2-8-26 Okubo, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. Prices are shown on the booking system at the time of reservation. The booking page is available for checking room availability and rates, making reservations, and completing advance online credit-card payment. The cleaning fee is JPY 8,800 per reservation. Taxes may apply as required by law, and the total amount payable will be shown before the reservation is confirmed. Payment will be made online by credit card through fincode byGMO (provided by GMO Epsilon, Inc.), normally when the reservation is confirmed. Available card brands and the applicable cancellation / refund policy will be shown on the booking screen before the reservation is confirmed.
